The Horsehead bar is located in the heart of downtown Eugene and prides itself on being a great place to eat, drink and be merry. One of Downtown Eugene's larger bars, Horsehead has room for everyone. Proudly serving local Ninkasi beer on four of eight taps, you can also find many bottled beers and a fully stocked liquor shelf as well. The Kitchen runs daily food specials ranging from mac and cheese to steak dinners. Horsehead kitchen makes an extraordinary amount of food from scratch. Ribs and pulled pork are smoked in house. Chicken strips to onion rings to catfish are breaded to order. Salad dressings and four different BBQ sauces are made by hand as well. The top selling gumbo is slow cooked and made with fresh ingredients and spices. We will put our food up against any late night restaurant in Eugene.
